The article explores how Arup, a global design and consulting firm, gained insights through the CandE (Candidate Experience) Benchmark Research facilitated by the Talent Board. Arup sought to enhance its candidate experience and employer brand by participating in this research. It collected feedback from candidates, which provided valuable data on various stages of the recruitment process. The study revealed areas for improvement, such as communication and providing feedback to candidates. By leveraging these insights, Arup made strategic changes to its recruitment process to enhance overall candidate satisfaction and strengthen its employer brand.
